Structural Draftsman (CAD)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Structural Draftsman to create precise construction drawings and plans. You will work closely with engineers and architects to turn design concepts into detailed, compliant CAD documents.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and plans for structures based on engineer and architect specifications.
• Use CAD software to produce accurate, high‑quality drawings.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to incorporate design changes and ensure project compliance.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to industry standards.
• Maintain organized drawing records and update documents as needed.
• Assist in coordinating design and construction activities across departments.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Structural Draftsman or in a similar drafting role.
• Associate degree in Drafting Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certification or diploma in computer‑aided drafting and design (CADD) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
