Student Counselor

About the role

Auspak International is seeking a full‑time Student Counselor to join its Faisalabad office. You will guide prospective Pakistani students through the entire process of studying in Australia, from program selection to visa acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one counseling sessions to assess academic background, interests, and career goals.
• Recommend suitable Australian university programs and provide detailed information on admission requirements.
• Assist students and families with application preparation, documentation, and visa procedures.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person meetings.
• Organize and deliver information sessions and workshops.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure confidentiality.
• Collaborate with colleagues and university partners to deliver a seamless counseling experience.

Required profile

• Strong student and career counseling abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with empathy and professionalism.
• Background in education or familiarity with higher‑education systems, preferably Australian.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business or related field (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple cases, work in a team, and uphold ethical standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and online communication tools.
