Student Recruitment Manager (Lahore)

About the role

Navitas is looking for a proactive Student Recruitment Manager to lead enrolment growth for its University Partnerships North America in Lahore. The role focuses on building relationships with agents and prospective students, planning recruitment events, and using data‑driven strategies to meet annual targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies and campaigns aligned with institutional enrolment goals.
• Identify and monitor recruitment targets, adjusting tactics to achieve yearly objectives.
• Establish and nurture relationships with high schools, community colleges, education consultants and other key stakeholders.
• Organise and manage recruitment events such as open houses, campus tours, college fairs and information sessions, including travel coordination.
• Represent Navitas at regional, national and international recruitment forums.
• Utilise CRM and analytics tools to track application trends, conversion rates and produce regular performance reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing to create up‑to‑date recruitment materials and digital content.

Required profile

• Degree in higher education, marketing, business or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions or education sales.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of regional and college teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for lead management and reporting.
• Data analysis skills to interpret recruitment metrics.
