Student Relations Officer

About the role

The Student Relations Officer will work full‑time on‑site in Islamabad, engaging daily with prospective and current students. The role involves responding to inquiries, scheduling counseling sessions, and guiding students through application, admission, scholarship and visa processes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to student and family inquiries and provide timely information.
• Schedule and conduct counseling sessions covering program selection and application steps.
• Guide students through admission procedures, scholarship opportunities and visa documentation.
• Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM/database system.
• Coordinate with international partner universities to ensure smooth communication.
• Participate in outreach activities such as education fairs, information sessions and institutional presentations.
• Support internal reporting and continuous improvement of student services.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address student concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal, communication and counseling abilities.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple student cases and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Urdu for written and verbal communication.
• Basic IT and office software competence (email, spreadsheets, presentation tools, CRM/database).
• Knowledge of international education systems, admission processes and visa requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, Social Sciences or related field; higher qualification is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate cultural sensitivity and maintain confidentiality.
