Regional Director

About the role

Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Regional Director to lead commercial, academic and operational performance of a portfolio of schools in Islamabad. The role focuses on driving growth, enrolment, profitability and academic excellence while ensuring operational efficiency and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional campus expansion, consolidation, relocations and capacity enhancement initiatives.
• Drive enrolment growth, revenue generation, capacity utilisation and profitability.
• Oversee academic standards, teaching effectiveness, curriculum delivery and educational outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of operational excellence, quality, safeguarding and compliance.
• Own regional business planning, P&L, Capex, Opex and financial performance.
• Develop performance management, self‑evaluation and continuous improvement processes.
• Build relationships with board, government bodies, parents, students, media and other stakeholders.
• Lead talent development and succession planning for principals, heads and key leadership positions.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Education, Public Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in educational leadership.
• At least 3 years managing a regional or school network.
• Proven track record improving academic performance, financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
