It is hiring a full-time, on-site Studio Production and Cinematography Specialist in Karachi who combines technical expertise with a strong eye for cinematography and storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage studio equipment for podcasts, interviews and video shoots.
• Operate cameras and manage multi-camera recording setups.
• Handle lighting, microphones, audio monitoring and recording quality.
• Apply cinematography techniques such as framing, composition, exposure and camera angles.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and keep the studio production-ready.
• Collaborate with hosts and creative teams to deliver high-quality visual content.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience in cinematography, studio production or video production.
• A portfolio or show reel demonstrating relevant work.

Required skills

• Knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting and audio equipment.
• Strong understanding of camera settings, framing, composition and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multi-camera shoots and troubleshoot technical issues.
