Supply Chain Associate – Warehouse Operations

About the role

The Supply Chain Associate will join the warehouse team in Gujranwala, supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth flow of finished goods, raw materials and packaging supplies. This role works closely with Warehouse Managers, production, procurement and sales to meet inventory and KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate stock transfer activities for finished goods and raw materials.
• Maintain required inventory levels and perform regular stock counting and reconciliation.
• Oversee vehicle off‑loading, forklift and haulage vehicle utilization.
• Control product losses, damages and shortages according to SOPs.
• Optimize space utilization and implement FEFO and GMP practices.
• Update and reconcile SAP, OWMS and OTM systems daily.
• Manage 3rd‑party labour and transport contractors as needed.
• Ensure HSE standards, RGB guidelines and weekly aging reports are followed.
• Support business innovation, cost‑saving initiatives and cross‑departmental targets.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse or supply‑chain operations.
• Ability to work shift‑wise and handle peak/off‑season demands.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs.
• Good communication with internal teams and external partners.
