Supply Chain Coordinator – On-site in Karachi

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our client Maha Group in Karachi. The role focuses on supporting the supply chain and operations team through accurate data entry, document handling, and routine coordination tasks to ensure smooth daily workflow.

Key responsibilities

• File and maintain both digital and physical records.
• Assist with courier bookings, sample dispatches, and basic shipment tracking.
• Send routine follow‑ups and reminders to suppliers and logistics partners as directed.
• Prepare simple reports and operational data for management review.
• Perform data entry and keep records up‑to‑date with high accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in supply chain coordination, operations support, logistics coordination, or administrative roles.
• Strong command of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good communication and organizational abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Experience in textile, trading, logistics, or export industries is an advantage.
