Supply Chain Specialist – Supplier Management

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist who will act as the primary operational point of contact for our key suppliers. The role ensures smooth execution of procurement processes from sourcing through performance monitoring while supporting governance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day supplier relationships and serve as the operational focal point for assigned suppliers.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, qualification, documentation and compliance activities.
• Monitor supplier KPIs, SLAs, corrective action plans and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support sourcing activities, including RFQs/RFPs, commercial evaluations and negotiations.
• Administer procurement contracts and track contractual obligations.
• Maintain visibility of purchase requests, RFPs, purchase orders, execution, acceptance, invoicing and payment status.
• Organise and follow‑up cross‑functional team meetings and actions.
• Ensure compliance with procurement governance such as “No PR – No Work” and “No PO – No Work”.
• Prepare supplier performance reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and support digitalisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in procurement, supplier management or supply operations.
• Experience in the telecom or infrastructure sector is a plus.
• Professional certification such as CIPS or ISM is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems – Oracle or SAP.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Power BI or similar reporting tools.
