About the role
Wilson's Pharma Group is seeking a diligent Surveillance Room Monitoring Officer to oversee the company’s CCTV and surveillance infrastructure. The role involves continuous observation of live feeds, rapid identification of irregularities, and coordination with security teams to maintain a safe environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems around the clock.
- Detect, record, and promptly report any suspicious or unusual activities.
- Maintain accurate surveillance logs and incident reports.
- Collaborate with relevant departments and security personnel when incidents arise.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with all security protocols.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in surveillance monitoring or security operations is advantageous.
- Strong observational abilities and clear communication skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to security standards.
