System Administrator / Implementation Engineer (MSP, Azure, Windows Server)

About the role

Obizworks is looking for a System Administrator / Implementation Engineer to design, deploy and migrate enterprise IT infrastructure for global clients. The role is hands‑on, focused on building secure, scalable Windows Server environments across on‑premises, hybrid and Azure cloud platforms within a Managed Service Provider setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and scale Windows Server environments on physical, virtualized and Azure platforms.
• Execute Windows Server migrations (on‑premises to cloud/hybrid) while meeting project timelines and SLAs.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP services.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint Online.
• Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Deploy and maintain Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Implement backup and disaster‑recovery solutions based on RTO/RPO requirements.
• Apply security controls, access policies and compliance frameworks.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell, Microsoft Intune and Desired State Configuration (DSC).
• Participate in client onboarding and infrastructure migration projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 + years of experience in system administration or infrastructure engineering.
• Fluent English communication at native level.
• Experience working in a multinational environment is preferred.

Required skills

• Windows Server administration.
• Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online).
• Virtualization: VMware, Hyper‑V.
• Azure IaaS (VMs, hybrid cloud).
• MSP tools (Datto RMM, Kaseya, ConnectWise or similar).
• PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Intune, Desired State Configuration.
