System Administrator

About the role

The System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the stability, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure across both physical and virtual environments. This role supports a wide range of services, from server and network management to end‑user and application support.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, patch, and maintain Windows Server and Linux systems on physical and virtual platforms.
• Administer VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper‑V, managing host resources, capacity, and VM lifecycles.
• Manage server hardware, SAN/NAS storage, and ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Oversee Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
• Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls, VPNs, and remote‑access solutions.
• Configure, monitor, and test backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Implement endpoint protection, antivirus/EDR, patch management, and system‑hardening standards.
• Provide L2/L3 support for hardware, software, operating systems, and enterprise applications such as SAP S/4HANA and Power BI.
• Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, network diagrams, and asset registers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in server, network, and cloud service administration.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex incidents and coordinate with vendors.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
