Takaful Team Manager

About the role

Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited is hiring a full-time, on-site Takaful Team Manager for the Karachi Division. The manager leads a team focused on Takaful products and services, planning and overseeing daily operations while ensuring adherence to Shariah-compliant guidelines and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily Takaful operations and set performance targets
• Monitor team productivity and ensure compliance with Shariah-compliant guidelines and company policies
• Coordinate sales and service activities and coach and train team members
• Handle escalated customer queries and collaborate with underwriting, claims and finance
• Prepare regular performance reports, support business development, identify process improvements and maintain high standards of customer service and operational quality

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management or a related field; Takaful or Islamic finance certifications are an advantage
• Demonstrated experience in insurance, Takaful or financial services, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop teams through performance management, coaching and mentoring
• Strong knowledge of Takaful concepts, Islamic finance principles and life insurance products
• High ethical standards, customer-centric mindset and ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment

• Planning, organizing and monitoring daily operations with a focus on process improvement and service quality
• Analytical and reporting skills, including data analysis and performance metrics
• MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
