About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will act as a key connector, introducing Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers in your network. This is a flexible, commission‑only role that lets you work on your own schedule while helping companies improve their hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with HR and recruiting contacts in your professional network.
• Facilitate introductions and help prospects understand how the platform fits into their hiring workflow.
• Provide feedback to the product team to help improve the solution.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent acquisition consultant.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter with a passion for recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently without fixed hours or quotas.
