Talent Acquisition Executive – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Executive to work remotely and support high‑volume hiring across multiple verticals. The successful candidate will source, screen, and close positions while building pipelines for future talent needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source and shortlist 6–9 qualified candidates daily using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from screening to interview scheduling and offer closure.
• Achieve a monthly target of 10 successful hires across different departments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide candidate insights.
• Generate leads and maintain talent pipelines for upcoming hiring needs.
• Keep recruitment trackers and reports accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume hiring and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Strong communication, organizational, and independent work skills.
• Prior remote‑work experience is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and a functional laptop/PC.

Required skills

• Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking.
