About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment function, ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and hires top talent in line with business objectives. This senior position requires strategic thinking, strong employer branding, and the ability to manage large‑scale hiring initiatives across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with growth plans and workforce needs.
• Partner with business leaders to forecast current and future manpower requirements.
• Design and implement recruitment frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Lead high‑volume hiring campaigns for operational, technical, and corporate roles while maintaining quality standards.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities and educational institutions.
• Design and run campus hiring, graduate trainee, and internship programs.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and recruitment forums.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and promote the Employee Value Proposition.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, using ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent availability insights.

Required profile

• MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certifications in Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, Employer Branding, or Recruitment Excellence.
• Minimum 10 + years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years dedicated to talent acquisition.
• Experience in engineering, construction, technology, telecom, manufacturing, or large‑scale corporate environments is preferred.
