About the role

US Mobile is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Associate to drive hiring momentum across the organization. You will partner with leadership to attract, assess, and onboard top talent while building scalable pipelines that support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

Own or support end‑to‑end hiring for bulk and mid‑level positions.
Build and nurture strong talent pipelines.
Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning.
Deliver a standout candidate experience.
Track funnel metrics and improve hiring efficiency.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management or a related field.
Relevant talent acquisition experience, preferably high‑volume/batch hiring for customer‑facing teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
High ownership and bias for action.

Required skills

Proficiency with ATS tools such as Lever.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
