Talent and Engagement Executive

About the role

The Talent and Engagement Executive plays a key role in strengthening employee engagement, building a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational development at Touchstone. The role covers planning and running engagement activities, employee communications, company events and employer branding, and provides recruitment support for certain campaigns and departments as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs and company events, and manage the annual engagement calendar
• Lead TSphere Clubs and other internal communication platforms, and coordinate employee-focused campaigns and celebrations
• Gather employee feedback, track engagement activities and outcomes, and recommend improvements to the employee experience
• Support organizational development initiatives, reward and recognition platforms, and employee surveys and feedback projects
• Partner with the Marketing team on employer branding and help create content showcasing the company's culture and values
• Support recruitment for specific campaigns and departments, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate communication, and maintain recruitment trackers

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications or a related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
• Experience in employee engagement, events, recruitment, communications or employer branding is an advantage

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and event coordination abilities, and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva or content creation experience is a plus
