Tax Global Compliance & Reporting Consultant

About the role

EY is looking for a Tax Global Compliance and Reporting Consultant to join its GCR team in Lahore. The role involves supporting complex tax engagements, ensuring high-quality compliance and reporting services for multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with domestic and international tax compliance and reporting requirements.
• Manage day-to-day client engagements, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Implement standardized processes, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative learning culture.
• Maintain internal and external relationships and adhere to EY’s Tax Quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience with domestic and international tax rules, preferably in a large professional services firm.
• Experience working with multinational clients and in multicultural environments.
