Taxation Executive

About the role

The Taxation Executive will join DDFC’s finance team in Lahore, overseeing all corporate and indirect tax matters. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures accurate tax compliance, timely filings, and strategic advice on tax implications for business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and file corporate tax returns and related schedules.
• Compute tax liabilities and ensure timely payment of all applicable taxes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date tax records and documentation for audits and inspections.
• Monitor changes in Pakistani tax legislation and advise management on their impact.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data required for tax calculations.
• Liaise with tax authorities, external auditors and support tax inspections.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance compliance efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CA, ACCA, CMA or local tax qualification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in taxation or finance within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani corporate and indirect tax laws.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
