Teaching Staff Positions – Professors, Registrars & Medical Officers

About the role

Continental Medical College Lahore is seeking qualified professionals to join its academic and administrative teams. Open positions include Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, Senior Registrars, Medical Officers, as well as HR and Hospital Administration roles.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate medical lectures and practical sessions.
• Develop and update curricula in line with regulatory standards.
• Supervise clinical training, student research projects, and examinations.
• Provide patient care and clinical supervision for senior registrar and medical officer posts.
• Manage HR functions, recruitment, and staff development for the HR officer role.
• Oversee hospital operations, budgeting, and quality assurance for the Hospital Administrator role.

Required profile

• Relevant medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) with teaching experience for academic positions.
• Minimum of one year experience in HR with a BBA/MBA in HR for HR officer role.
• MBA or MA with 1‑2 years experience in hospital management for Administrator role.
• Registration with Pakistan Medical & Dental Council for clinical positions.
