Team Lead - Field Operations

About the role

As Team Lead – Field Operations at JazzWorld you will oversee end‑to‑end operations of telecom sites within an assigned Micro Business Unit (MBU). You will ensure contractual obligations, customer complaints, network performance and site profitability targets are met through coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor MBU performance, KPIs (2G/3G/4G DCR, CSSR, TCH Blocking) and drive corrective actions.
• Provide hands‑on troubleshooting for BSS, Transmission (TXN) and Power systems.
• Conduct regular audits, quality checks and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate with Sales, O&M, NOC, Planning, Logistics, Deployment and vendors to resolve cross‑functional issues.
• Process vendor invoices and ATPs, and prepare operational and performance reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in Telecom Operations & Maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work round‑the‑clock and act as an emergency resource when needed.

Required skills

• Technical expertise in BSS, Transmission and Power systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Ericsson Transmission equipment and exposure to Ericsson/ZTE equipment.
• Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G KPI monitoring and remediation.
