About the role

Deel is looking for a technical leader to coordinate and lead a dynamic team that builds and maintains internal tools and automation solutions. This hands‑on role blends leadership with active contribution, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable automation that improves operational efficiency across Customer Experience, Operations, and Customer Success.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the day‑to‑day activities of a technical team, ensuring timely delivery of internal tools and automation projects.
• Act as a hands‑on contributor, supporting team members in designing, developing, and maintaining reliable, scalable applications and automations.
• Integrate and maintain systems, ensuring smooth operation of automation workflows and internal platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Foster a collaborative, high‑performing team environment and promote technical excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical teams in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong hands‑on technical background with the ability to design and develop automation solutions.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
