Team Leader – People Development & Standardization

About the role

The Team Leader for LD and STD at the Kabirwala Factory will drive people development, enforce safety and hygiene standards, and ensure high‑quality manufacturing processes. You will coach employees, uphold standard operating procedures, and coordinate product launches to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy the People Development Plan and ensure team competencies through training, proper equipment use, and safety/hygiene compliance.
• Enforce strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all shift personnel.
• Coach employees using the NCE approach to exceed job requirements.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Monitor and enforce personnel hygiene and safety practices, including protective clothing, shoe changes, and hand washing.
• Control production lines continuously, taking corrective actions to meet quality and manufacturing specifications.
• Manage employee and industrial relations to ensure smooth factory operations.
• Coordinate with the business unit for timely market launch of new products.
• Oversee maintenance of installations in collaboration with quality, engineering, and administration teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business or a related field.
• Relevant experience in factory or manufacturing operations management.
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven people‑management and leadership experience.
• Experience with mass‑balance and mathematical calculations.
