Technical AI Marketing Automation Operator (2+ yrs experience)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical AI Marketing Automation Operator to join a US‑based marketing agency working remotely from Pakistan. You will design and maintain AI‑assisted workflows and no‑code automations that streamline lead handling, campaign operations, reporting, and internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI‑driven workflows, agent systems, and no‑code automations.
• Review automation requests and select the simplest effective solution.
• Protect client and company systems by managing permissions, documenting credentials, and following secure access practices.
• Document workflows, perform QA, and support day‑to‑day agency operations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with AI automation, no‑code platforms, or technical operations.
• Experience with OpenClaw, Hermes, or comparable AI agent tooling.
• Familiarity with marketing, sales, CRM, or agency workflow automation.
• Professional workstation with webcam, noise‑cancelling headset, and stable 25 Mbps+ internet.
