About the role
As a Technical Associate (Trainee Engineer) you will join Siemens Energy Pakistan’s Grid Technology team, supporting experienced engineers on projects that design and implement high‑voltage substation equipment and protection relays. The role offers hands‑on experience in a collaborative environment focused on sustainable energy solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers with engineering tasks and project deliverables.
- Contribute to the design and analysis of HV substation equipment and protection relays.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings, share insights and updates.
- Support continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Required profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Basic knowledge of substation HV equipment and protection relays (advantageous).
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD (a plus).
