Technical Business Analyst – Microsoft 365 & Endpoint

About the role

NKU Technologies is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to lead enterprise‑wide Microsoft 365 tenant‑to‑tenant migrations and endpoint management. The role blends hands‑on M365 administration, data analysis, and project coordination to ensure migration readiness, validate implementations, and work closely with global IT teams and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Support Microsoft 365 migrations across Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Purview and Defender.
• Extract and analyse user, sign‑in, licence, mailbox, application and endpoint data using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Perform large‑scale data analysis with advanced Excel, Power Query, PivotTables and Power BI.
• Assess dormant accounts, migration scope, readiness, dependencies and cut‑over requirements.
• Translate technical requirements into implementation specifications and validate managed‑service‑provider deliverables.
• Drive Intune rollout – device enrolment, compliance policies, security baselines, app deployment, update rings and BitLocker.
• Apply and review identity and security controls such as MFA, least‑privilege, external sharing, DLP, sensitivity labels and retention policies.
• Coordinate workstreams, regional IT teams and third‑party suppliers while maintaining project trackers, risks and action items.
• Provide hands‑on configuration and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 access, Outlook, Teams, MFA and post‑migration issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guidance, readiness reports and evidence‑based recommendations for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Microsoft 365 administration and configuration.
• Strong analytical, documentation and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
