Technical Lead – Remote (Pakistan)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to head a small, distributed development team. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Pakistan while collaborating with US clients and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers and external partners, set pace, and keep work moving.
• Review pull requests daily, maintain high quality standards, and provide actionable feedback.
• Write complex code, break requirements into technical tasks, and estimate work.
• Define and enforce development standards, branching strategy, testing, and definition of done.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, environments, and releases from day one.

Required profile

• 6+ years of full‑stack web development experience, with at least 2 years leading or mentoring developers.
• Strong communication skills in English, able to explain technical decisions to US clients.
• Self‑starter who can execute objectives independently and act quickly on feedback.
• Out‑of‑the‑box thinker who seeks innovative solutions and accelerates delivery.

Required skills

• TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js.
• PostgreSQL (schema design, migrations, row‑level security).
• CI/CD pipelines – GitHub Actions or similar.
• AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and ChatGPT.
• Experience with Supabase is a plus.
