Technical Project Manager – Custom Software & Apps

About the role

Beyrsol is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of custom software, mobile app, web app, and website projects from kickoff to launch. You will act as the bridge between clients and the engineering team, translating business needs into technical specifications while ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of multiple concurrent software, app, and website projects.
• Serve as the primary client contact, converting business requirements into clear technical specs and user stories.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in Asana.
• Run kickoff calls, sprint check‑ins, and status meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Identify scope creep early, negotiate change requests, and manage scope.
• Coordinate developers, designers, and QA to ensure deliverables meet specifications.
• Flag technical risks, dependencies, and timeline conflicts proactively.
• Maintain organized documentation such as requirements, sprint notes, QA checklists, and launch plans.
• Provide post‑launch support, including bug triage and maintenance planning.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience in software, web, or app development (agency or in‑house).
• Strong technical fluency – understand development workflows, sprints, QA cycles, and basic specifications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, solutions‑oriented approach under deadline pressure.

Required skills

• Asana (or comparable project‑management tool).
• Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, frontend and backend concepts.
• Familiarity with hosting environments and CMS platforms.
