Technical Project Manager – Delivery Lead

About the role

SPARK is looking for a hands‑on Technical Delivery Lead who blends strong engineering expertise with clear client communication and disciplined delivery management. You will provide unified technical leadership across frontend and backend teams, aligning engineering decisions with client objectives and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead frontend and backend technical leads, translating business requirements into scalable solutions and reviewing architecture and code.
• Guide development using HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, C#.NET and ASP.NET Core.
• Oversee Umbraco, Kentico or comparable CMS/DXP implementations, including headless or composable architectures.
• Own technical delivery from discovery through launch, coordinating Engineering, Design, QA and Project Management.
• Establish agile processes, backlog refinement, sprint planning, capacity planning and retrospectives.
• Set standards for Git, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD and Azure cloud deployments.
• Apply AI‑assisted tools and automation to improve development speed, quality and team productivity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering or digital platform experience.
• At least 2 years in a technical leadership role with direct delivery ownership and client engagement.
• Strong communication skills, able to lead client discussions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proven ability to improve agile delivery processes and manage capacity planning.
