Technical Project Manager - InsurTech

About the role

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a Technical Project Manager for its InsurTech division in Lahore. The role combines hands‑on development expertise with strong project‑management capabilities to drive innovative software solutions that support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of InsurTech software projects using Agile/Scrum.
• Provide technical oversight and hands‑on guidance for backend development with Laravel and Node.js.
• Oversee frontend development, ensuring UI/UX best practices and visual quality.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to maintain project timelines and alignment with strategic goals.
• Mentor and manage a focused development team, fostering continuous learning and accountability.
• Conduct debugging, troubleshooting and defect resolution to maintain system stability.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, status reporting and compliance with industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in technical project management within software development.
• Proven leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to act as liaison between technology teams and business units.
