Technical Project Manager

About the role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver software projects at Strugbits. The role involves guiding initiatives from concept through to successful completion, working closely with cross‑functional teams and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and monitor software development projects following the SDLC.
- Coordinate and motivate cross‑functional teams to meet project milestones.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are managed and satisfied.
- Utilise project management tools such as Jira and Asana to track progress, risks and issues.
- Identify and resolve obstacles proactively, making informed decisions to keep projects on schedule.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing software projects.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and lead diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
- Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with solid decision‑making abilities.
