About the role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for a variety of United States positions across multiple industries. You will play a key part in identifying, engaging, and guiding qualified talent through the early stages of the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates for U.S. job opportunities using a range of channels.
• Identify and proactively approach potential candidates who match role requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Ability to research and quickly identify strong candidates.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
