About the role

The Technical Service Trainee – Textile will support industrial and textile customers by delivering on‑site technical assistance, gathering market intelligence, and contributing to new product development. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving textile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site visits, provide technical support, and keep detailed records of customer interactions, trials, and issues.
• Report technical findings, opportunities, and challenges to management.
• Prepare and share technical reports with internal teams.
• Provide field feedback to improve formulations.
• Share market and customer insights to shape product and business strategy.
• Support segmentation by analysing competitor, complaint, and special samples.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop new products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of industrial business processes.
• Aptitude for analytical work.
• Result‑oriented team player with computer literacy.
