Technical Service Trainee – Textile

About the role

The Technical Service Trainee – Textile will support industrial and textile customers on‑site, providing technical assistance, gathering market intelligence, and helping the Business Development team with data analysis. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in product testing, reporting, and cross‑functional product development.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to deliver technical support, record interactions, trials, and issues.
• Report findings, opportunities, and challenges to management.
• Prepare and share technical reports with internal teams.
• Provide field feedback for formulation improvement.
• Deliver market and customer insights to shape product and business strategy.
• Support product segments by analysing competitor, complaint, and special samples.
• Collaborate with R&T and other functions to develop new products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of industrial business processes.
• Aptitude for analytical work and result‑oriented mindset.
• Computer literacy and willingness to travel.
