Technical Services Technician – Tile Fixing Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Services Technician to promote and support Sika’s tile fixing solutions across Pakistan. The role combines field demonstrations, training, and on‑site technical assistance to ensure customers apply our products correctly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and conduct road shows, product demonstrations and on‑site activations for tile fixing solutions.
• Train applicators, contractors and distributor staff on proper product usage and application techniques.
• Provide on‑site technical support and troubleshoot issues at project locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with applicators and distributors to drive product adoption.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and application guidelines.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets through technical expertise and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Diploma or B‑Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in tile fixing or construction.
• Strong practical knowledge of tile fixing and construction practices.
• Hands‑on attitude with willingness to travel extensively across the country.
• Ability to train and influence applicators and customers.
• Problem‑solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
