Technical Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Associate to join Howmuch Pvt Limited’s Retail and Restaurant Management and POS Solutions teams. The role involves setting up and maintaining hardware, software, and network infrastructure, as well as providing timely support to users.

Key responsibilities

• Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers.
• Maintain and repair technological equipment such as routers and peripheral devices.
• Install and manage LAN/WAN networks, servers, IP addresses and related components.
• Perform regular system upgrades to keep environments up‑to‑date.
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and deliver solutions to restore functionality.
• Arrange maintenance sessions to identify and fix inefficiencies.
• Provide timely technical support and train users on proper computer usage.
• Support business development by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts and integrating them into operations.
• Safeguard confidential information and adhere to company policies and standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a computer technician or in a similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components.
• Good understanding of internet security and data‑privacy principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ (advantageous).
• Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
