Technical Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Associate to join our team supporting Howmuch POS and Foodnerd solutions. You will ensure hardware and software run smoothly for retail and restaurant clients, providing hands‑on assistance and training.

Key responsibilities

• Set up hardware, install and configure software and drivers.
• Maintain and repair networking equipment such as routers.
• Install and manage LAN/WAN networks, servers and IP resources.
• Perform regular system upgrades and apply patches.
• Troubleshoot system failures, bugs and provide timely resolutions.
• Conduct maintenance sessions to identify and fix inefficiencies.
• Provide technical support and user training on computer usage.
• Assist in closing new business deals by aligning technical requirements with contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a computer technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, IT components and internet security.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organization and time‑management abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ (preferred).
• Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is a plus.
