Technical Support Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Support Associate to join our team supporting retail and restaurant management POS solutions. The role involves setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software to ensure smooth operations for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers.
• Maintain and repair technological equipment such as routers and peripheral devices.
• Install and manage LAN/WAN networks, including servers and IP configurations.
• Perform regular system upgrades to keep environments up‑to‑date.
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide effective solutions.
• Arrange maintenance sessions to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
• Provide timely technical support and train users on proper computer usage.
• Assist in closing new business deals by coordinating requirements and integrating contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a computer technician or in a similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components.
• Good understanding of internet security and data privacy principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are a plus.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM is an advantage.
