Technical Support Engineer – Solar Inverter & EV Charger

About the role

Growatt is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide remote and on‑site assistance for solar inverters, EV charging stations, and portable power stations across Pakistan. The role involves troubleshooting, installation guidance, and after‑sales service for residential PV systems.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote technical support to distributors, installers, and end‑users in Pakistan.
• Repair inverters, diagnose faults, and record after‑sales service data.
• Guide installers through installation, monitoring, operation, and maintenance of home PV plants.
• Support sales promotions and provide technical input as needed.
• Travel within Pakistan for on‑site assistance when required.

Required profile

• Background in power electronics, electrical engineering, or automation (preferred).
• Proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to reside long‑term in Lahore.

Required skills

• Power electronics and circuit board replacement for power equipment.
• Computer proficiency and Office application skills (e.g., MS Office).
• Remote support using telecommunication tools such as phone and chat software.
• Basic circuit knowledge for inverter and power equipment maintenance.
• Good English listening, reading, and writing abilities.
