Telesales Executive

About the role

Hypelet, a Lahore‑based software company, is looking for motivated Telesales Executives to join its on‑site sales team. The role is focused on outbound outreach, generating leads, presenting product solutions and converting prospects into customers to drive company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce products and qualify prospects.
• Generate and nurture new leads through prospecting and cold‑calling techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with sales and cross‑functional teams to align strategies.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
• Prepare regular sales activity, outcome and forecast reports.
• Identify market opportunities and share feedback for product improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales or telesales experience.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation abilities.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and update pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills for record‑keeping and reporting.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to adapt sales approach based on feedback.
