Telesales Person – On-site Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Person to join White Centre Fabrics in Model Town, Gujranwala. The role involves engaging customers over the phone, answering queries and driving sales of our fabric products during regular business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients to promote fabric offerings.
• Process orders and ensure timely follow‑up with customers.
• Maintain records of calls, sales activities and customer interactions in the company system.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
• Update product catalog information based on customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure delivery schedules are met.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Comfortable working full‑time on‑site from 9 AM to 6 PM.
• Basic numeracy for order processing.
• Demonstrates a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Basic computer literacy for using CRM or order entry tools.
