About the role
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to work from home, engaging potential customers over the phone and promoting our products and services. The position is night‑shift and requires fluency in Urdu and English, with Spanish as a strong plus.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services.
- Identify prospects and convert them into customers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service.
- Maintain accurate call and sales records in CRM or company systems.
Required profile
- Female candidates preferred.
- Fluency in Urdu and English (Spanish is an added advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal‑oriented with a positive attitude.
