Telesales Representative (Travel Services)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our travel agency in Lahore. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, promoting and selling a range of travel products such as flights and related services to new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place calls to promote travel services and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Provide accurate travel information, prepare quotations and process bookings.
• Follow up on inquiries received via phone, email and live chat.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of fares, promotions and supplier policies.
• Document all customer interactions in the company’s systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Customer service orientation and ability to handle high call volumes.
• Sales experience, preferably in travel or a related field, with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Willingness to learn and use GDS platforms and internal booking tools.
• Basic understanding of global travel routes, fares and airline policies is an advantage.
• Proficiency with computers and online communication tools.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore and manage time effectively.
• Previous call‑center or travel‑agency experience and a relevant diploma or degree are preferred.
