About the role
A7 Group Real Estate, through its Lahore office (Garden Town), is looking for motivated Telesales Representatives to join its sales team. The role represents the brand to potential clients in the UAE market, targeting the UAE real estate sector. It is a full-time, on-site position from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Key responsibilities
- Represent the brand to potential clients in the UAE market
- Communicate clearly and politely, with active listening and patience under pressure
- Solve problems quickly while the customer is on the line
Required profile
- Graduate with at least 1 year of telesales experience
- Fluent English speaker (mandatory)
- Lahore-based candidate
- Energetic, highly motivated and target-driven; real estate telesales experience is a plus, especially for UAE real estate
Required skills
- Typing at a decent speed while talking
- Comfort with MS Office, email and CRM software
What we offer
- Basic salary of 40,000 to 70,000 PKR plus commission
- Commission of 10,000 PKR per house rent sale and 50,000 PKR per property sale
- Incentive bonus
