Tender Bid Writer – Security Services (Hybrid, Lahore)

About the role

Eagle Security Protection Ltd is seeking a full‑time Tender Bid Writer to join its team in Lahore on a hybrid basis. You will be responsible for producing high‑quality, persuasive proposals that win new business for the security services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse client requirements and tender specifications.
• Draft, edit and proofread compelling bid documents and proposals.
• Ensure all submissions comply with UK tender guidelines and internal standards.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather technical and commercial information.
• Maintain and update a library of template proposals.
• Track deadlines and manage the bid calendar to guarantee timely delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience writing bids/tenders, preferably for the UK market.
• Understanding of the security services sector is advantageous.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent research and analytical skills for crafting targeted responses.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business or a related field.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio) – a plus.
