Territory Manager – Food Services (Lahore/Faisalabad)

About the role

The Territory Manager for Food Services will lead the distribution and sales effort for our ice‑cream portfolio across the Lahore and Faisalabad region. You will be the front‑line leader responsible for managing distributors, developing key food‑service accounts, and delivering growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive volume and sales growth across the Food Services channel, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, ice‑cream parlours, caterers and institutional accounts.
• Identify, acquire and onboard new Food Services customers to expand market penetration.
• Build strong relationships with decision‑makers, negotiate commercial agreements, annual contracts and Joint Business Plans.
• Ensure product availability, menu visibility, freezer placement and brand presence in outlets.
• Partner with distributors to meet sales targets, optimise route‑to‑market execution and improve service levels.
• Lead channel‑specific promotional activities, menu integrations, seasonal activations and customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and assortment to uncover growth opportunities.
• Analyse sales performance, customer profitability and outlet productivity to improve gross margin.
• Lead and develop distributor sales teams, managing performance and key business KPIs.
• Maintain high standards of freezer asset management, cold‑chain compliance and product quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing sales and distribution within the Food Services sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills with key accounts.
• Ability to lead and develop distributor sales teams.
• Analytical mindset to assess sales data and drive margin improvement.
