Territory Manager – Precision Medicine (Lahore)

About the role

Roche Diagnostics Pakistan is looking for a Territory Manager to lead the launch and growth of Foundation Medicine’s comprehensive genomic profiling portfolio across the Central and North regions of Pakistan. This permanent position is based in Lahore and offers the chance to transition from traditional medical sales into the fast‑moving world of precision oncology.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the assigned territory, building high‑level partnerships with oncologists, pathologists and multidisciplinary tumor boards.
• Champion the scientific adoption of Foundation Medicine’s genomic testing portfolio, guiding clinicians through the full product lifecycle.
• Plan and execute data‑driven territory strategies to meet regional commercial targets.
• Collaborate with the FMI Business Manager to co‑create regional business blueprints and analyse market dynamics.
• Work across complex hospital ecosystems to streamline genomic testing workflows from sample collection to report delivery.
• Educate healthcare professionals on the value of comprehensive genomic profiling and its impact on personalized treatment pathways.

Required profile

• Proven experience in traditional medical or diagnostic sales.
• Strong understanding of molecular oncology, precision diagnostics and genomic data.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Data‑oriented mindset with experience in territory planning and target achievement.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex scientific concepts.
