Territory Sales Executive (Expression of Interest)

About the role

Hayat is inviting experienced FMCG sales professionals in Islamabad to express interest for future Territory Sales Executive positions. The role will focus on driving sales, managing distributor relationships and ensuring product availability across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Drive territory sales and achieve assigned sales and distribution targets.
• Manage distributor relationships and coordinate sales activities for effective market coverage.
• Ensure product availability, outlet coverage, assortment and visibility.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance, distribution, retail execution and competitor activities.
• Identify opportunities to expand distribution and grow sales within the territory.
• Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate reports and take corrective actions as needed.
• Execute approved trade activities, promotions and sales initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address market challenges and achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 3–6 years of FMCG sales and distribution experience, preferably in General Trade, Wholesale or Modern Trade.
• Hands‑on experience in field sales, distributor management and market execution.
• Strong understanding of sales targets, distribution, outlet coverage and territory management.
• Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with sales reporting tools.
