Territory Sales Executive

About the role

Hayat is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to join its sales team in Lahore. The role focuses on driving sales growth within the General Trade channel, building strong distributor relationships, and ensuring product availability across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly volume and distribution targets for the assigned territory.
• Ensure daily planned outlet coverage and maximize retail productivity.
• Maintain full range availability of Hayat products across all active outlets.
• Lead coverage expansion initiatives in line with annual objectives.
• Utilize promotional budgets effectively through distributors and field teams.
• Coach distributors and their sales teams, providing in‑market training.
• Conduct market visits, monitor execution, and give actionable feedback.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends, sharing insights with management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–6 years of FMCG sales and distribution experience, especially in General Trade.
• Strong understanding of the Lahore market and wholesale channels.
• Analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and a valid driving license.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with field sales technology platforms.
